KCC 1537/2014
The initial dispute involved money owed under a contract. The dispute no longer existed as one of the company owners had died before the company appealed the ruling.
Background
A company filed a case against another company before the court. The company requested the court to appoint an expert in order to validate the completion of a project it was assigned to finish by the other company and to order the company to pay the remaining value of entitlements accordingly. The company said that it had agreed with the company to finish the project and that the latter still owed an amount of money as a result of the contract.
The court ruled that the company should pay the company an amount of money.
The first company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
The first company appealed the ruling before the court of cassation.
