Background

The documents of the case revealed that the court had dismissed the appellant's case.

Decision

The court said that the court established its ruling on the grounds that the appellant had filed his case on the grounds of Kuwait Decision No. 495/2008 which stipulated that army officers who had serve for 20 years deserved a bonus equals to one and a half times their salary. The court said that the decision was later amended so the service period should be 25 years. The court said that the documents of the case revealed that the appellant retired after the amendment of the decision and that he served in the army for 20 years.
