The court dismissed the appellant's right to claim housing allowance due to the statute of limitations.

The court said that the the constitutional court had ruled that the decision issued by the council of civil service which deprived single women from getting housing allowance was unconstitutional. The court said that the ruling was issued on 23/09/2007 and was published in the official gazette on 07/10/2007. The court said that the documents of the case revealed that the appellant filed her claim on 13/07/2010 and therefore the claim of the appellant for the period from 19/09/1995 to 27/06/2004 should be dismissed due to the statute of limitations.

The court dismissed the appeal.
