The documents of the case revealed that the court had dismissed the appellant's case on the grounds of that the permanent payment order was valid.

The court said that the court concluded that the appellant had ordered a bank to transfer an amount of money through monthly instalments from his account to another account in a different bank in Bahrain. The court said that the expert report concluded that  relationship existed between the mentioned order and the loan contract the appellant had signed with the first bank and that the latter did not receive additional interest other than that stipulated by the loan contract. The court said that the court established its ruling on the grounds of solid evidences

The court dismissed the appeal.
