The documents of the case revealed that the court had dismissed the appellant's request for payment of a housing allowance.

The court said that the court had established its ruling on the grounds that the appellant was not living in governmental housing on 01/08/1990, the date from which the allowance could be used according to Kuwait Notice No. 15/1991. The court also said that the court had concluded that the contract signed by the appellant did not stipulate that he deserved a housing allowance. The court said that the appellant's defence that he was forced to vacate the governmental housing was irrelevant in this regard. The court said that the court established its ruling on the grounds of solid evidence.

The court dismissed the appeal.
