Decision
The court said that the court concluded that the appellant had lost the case on the grounds of the expert report which concluded that the litigant did not violate his obligations according to the agreed contract. The court said that ordering the appellant to pay the case fees fell under the court's authority in accordance with Article 120 of Kuwait Decree No. 38/1980. The court said that the appellant's defence was irrelevant in this regard.
