An appellant said in his grounds of appeal that the appealed ruling by which he was convicted of participating in and fabricating a formal document had insufficient evidence of causation and had violated the right of defence. He said that the elements of the crime did not exist in the case. He also said that the court had established its ruling on the grounds of the testimonies of the prosecution witnesses though they were incorrect.
