This case involved whether enrichment without reason existed where a company had dismissed a contract for a company to exploit a building,

Background

A claimant filed a case against a company and a defendant before the court. He requested the court to appoint an expert in order to calculate the amounts of money which resulted from an investment contract he signed with the company and requested the companies to pay compensation as well. He said that he had signed a contract with the company in order to exploit a building owned by the company and that the company dismissed the contract because the second defendant bought the building.

The court dismissed the case.

The claimant appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
