An employee made a complaint to the department of labour against a company. He said that he was working for the company as an administrative assistant and that he was dismissed from his job without getting paid his entitlements. He requested the department to order the company to pay these entitlements. The department referred the case to the court.

The court ruled that the company should pay the employee 4755.775 Dinars.

The company and the employee appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court amended the ruling and ruled that the company should pay the employee 3680.221 Dinars.
