This case involved a claim by an employee against a company and insurance company for compensation as a result of a workplace accident. The disability was not at the level in the insurance documents and it had not been proven it was as a result of a workplace accident.
Background
An employee made a complaint against a company and requested the Labour Department to order the company to pay his dues and compensation for a work place injury. The department referred the case to the court.
The company added an insurance company to the case and requested the court order the insurance company to pay the mentioned amount.
The court ruled that the company should pay the employee 19140.787 Dinars and ruled the insurance company should pay the company the amount.
The company and the insurance company appealed the ruling. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
