KCC 114/2011
This case involved whether an employee who had made a complaint about a work injury had followed the correct procedure.
Background
An employee filed a case against two companies before the court. He requested the court to order the companies to pay him compensation for a work injury.
The court dismissed the case because the employee did not follow the legal proceedings.
The employee appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
The employee appealed the ruling before the court of cassation. He said in his grounds of appeal that the appealed ruling had erred in the application of law. He said that he made a complaint to the department of labour against the two companies and that no decision was issued in this regard and therefore he filed his current case.
