KCC 752/2010

This case involved whether there was sufficient evidence of trespass and having sex with an under aged girl.

Background

An appellant said in his grounds of appeal that the appealed ruling by which he was convicted of having sex with an underage female and entering a house without the approval of its holder had insufficient evidence of causation and had erred in the application of law. He said that the court had failed to indicate the evidence on which it established the ruling. He also said that the court established its ruling on the grounds of the testimonies of the witnesses though they included many contradictions.
