KCC 655/2010

This case involved whether there was sufficient evidence of the crime of burning a car.

Background

An appellant said in his grounds of appeal that the appealed ruling by which he was convicted of burning the car of a victim had erred in the application of law and had insufficient evidence of causation. He said that he maintained before the court the elements of the crime did not exist in the case but the court had dismissed this defence. He said that the court ignored the testimonies of two witnesses.
