Background
An employee made a request to the Labour Department and requested the department to order the company to pay his salary. The department referred the case to the court.
The court ruled that the company should pay the employee 72731.031 Dinars.
The company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court changed the appealed ruling and ruled the company should pay the employee 263434.407 Dinars.
Decision
The company appealed the ruling before the court of cassation.
The court stated the arguments made by the company are invalid because the case documents revealed that the employee had carried out his obligations according to the employment contract and he had been dismissed without justifications.
The court dismissed the appeal.
