Background

An appellant said in his grounds of appeal that the appealed ruling by which he was convicted of harming he reputation of the judicial system had erred in the application of law and had insufficient evidence of causation. He said that he did not fall under the rules of Kuwait Law No. 3/2006 because he was neither a writer nor a publisher. He said that he maintained before the court that the investigation was invalid because the assembly of lawyers were not informed before these investigations were conducted.
