An appellant said in his grounds of appeal that the appealed ruling by which he was convicted of possessing a firearm and using it without licence had erred in the application of law and had insufficient evidence of causation. He said that he had maintained before the court that criminal responsibility did not exist in the case in accordance with Article 22 and 24 of Kuwait Law No. 16/1960.
