An appellant said in his grounds of appeal that the appealed ruling by which he was convicted of extorting money and breaching trust had insufficient of evidence and had erred in the application of law. He said that he maintained before the court that the elements of these two crimes did not exist in his case but the court dismissed this defence. He said that the court established its ruling on the grounds of his confession though he was forced to make it.
