This case involved a request for an expert to be appointed to confirm error by a company director. This was rejected. Background
A company filed a case against a defendant and requested the court to appoint an expert to determine mistakes a defendant had made when he was the chief of board of directors of the company.
The court rejected the case.
The company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court abandoned the appealed ruling and ruled the defendant should pay the company 11938.688 Dinars.
