This case involved a claim for money owed and legal interest. A key issue was whether the rules of necessary contracts and relevant time limits applied to this contract which was considered to be an agency contract.
Background
A claimant filed a case against a company and requested the court to order the company to pay him an amount of money and delay interest.
The company added defendants to the case and requested the court to order them to pay the amount.
The court ruled that the company should pay the claimant 32000 Dinars and legal interest of 7%. The court agreed to adding the defendants but refused the company's requests against them.
The claimant and the company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court changed the appealed ruling and ruled the company should pay the claimant 72000 Dinars.
