Background
A claimant filed a case against the defendants and requested the court to dismiss a decision by the civil service council No. 5 and to dismiss Kuwait Decree No. 84/2002 and to make a final settlement in according with Kuwait Law No. 53/2001.
The court ruled the decision should be dismissed and the settlement made for the claimant should be dismissed too.
The defendants appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.

The defendants then decided to leave the dispute and the representative of the claimant accepted this action.
