KCC 1130/2004

The court of cassation repealed the ruling and stated consideration of the case documents revealed the employee had not violated his obligations according to the contract and so he deserved compensation for unfair dismissal.

The court ruled the bureau should pay the employee compensation of 5000 Dinars.
