Litigation Procedure – Employee’s Rights – Salary – Pension
This case involved a request by a confirmation by an individual that they should be able to receive both their current salary and a pension. A key point in this case was whether the claimant had an interest in filing it. He had as he had filed it after he had made a plea.
Background
A claimant filed a case against an institution and requested the court to dismiss the decision issued by the institution which had deprived him from combining the retirement salary with the salary he receives.
The court ruled the claimant had the right to combine the retirement salary and the salary he received.
The institution appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court abandoned the appealed ruling and rejected the case.
