The company appealed the ruling before the court of cassation and stated in its grounds of appeal that the ruling had erred in the application of law and that the court had ruled that the establishment contract of the company (which was the fourth defendant) was illegal which meant that the court should apply this ruling over the case.

The court stated this argument was invalid.

The court dismissed the appeal.
