KCC 132/2003

This case involved a claim against the heirs of a deceased employee who it was stated had illegally received some money when he retirement. The Ministry was required to prove this money had been illegally received.

The ministry appealed the ruling before the court of cassation.

The court of cassation repealed the ruling and stated that the ministry must provided the court with documents which confirmed that the employee had illegally received the money.

The court ruled that the heirs should pay 28156.582 Dinars.
