Background
An employee made a complaint against a company before the Labour Department and requested the department to order them to pay his salary. The department referred the case to the court.
The company requested the court to order the employee to pay an amount of money and appoint an expert to make a final settlement.
The court ruled that the company should pay the employee 7065.176 Dinars and rejected the request made by the company.
The company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling and rejected the appeal on the request made by the company.
