Bank – Loan – Insurance – Disability – Evidence
The initial dispute involved a request to appoint an expert to make confirm a disputed loan. A key issue was that the court had rejected the case because the disability the claimant suffered from did not entitle him to be covered by insurance.
Background
A claimant filed a case against a bank and requested the court to order the bank to stop deducting amounts of money which related to a disputed loan and to appoint an expert in order to review the loan contracts and his bank accounts in order to determine the actual amount of the loan and its interest.
The claimant amended his requests and court then rejected the case.
The claimant appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
