The employee added a defendant to the case and requested the court to order the defendant to pay the mentioned dues along with the company.

The court suspended the case against the company and ruled the heirs of the second defendant should pay the employee 43864.521 Dinars.

The employee the second defendant appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court abandoned the appealed ruling and referred the case to the labour court. The labour court ruled the heirs of the second defendant should pay the employee 43864.521 Dinars.

The employee and the second defendant appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court changed the appealed ruling and ruled the heirs should pay the employee 41709.435 Dinars.
