Evidence – Bank Statements – Bank – Expert – Bank Account - Interest
This case involved a request for an expert to review a bank account and confirm what was owed to the bank. It was argued the expert report included many issues and there should be an investigation. That was not correct as the bank had sent the customer bank statements for all transactions and they had not objected to them.
Background
A claimant filed a case against a bank and requested the court to appoint an expert to review his current account in the bank.
The bank filed a case against the claimant and requested the court to order the claimant to pay an amount of money.
The court stated the case made by the claimant was finished and that the claimant should pay the bank 2515324.815 Dinars and 7% legal interest.
The claimant appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
