This case involved a lawyer's fees for an inheritance case. A key issue was whether the court had jurisdiction to hear the case and if the current case was the same as a previous one.

A claimant filed a case against defendants before the court. He requested the court to order the defendants to pay 25000 Dinars. He said that the heirs of the first defendant authorized the second defendant to file a case against a third party. He said that the he agreed with the latter to defend the heirs' case on his behalf in accordance with an authorization which was issued for this purpose.
