Background

The court ruled that the company should pay the mentioned amount and annual interest of 7%.
The second company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
The second company appealed the ruling before the court of cassation. The company said in its grounds of appeal that the appealed ruling had erred in the application of law. The company said that the court established its ruling on the grounds that the commercial paper did not include the name of the drawee and his signature. The company said that the document met all the conditions of the commercial paper stipulated by Article 405 of the Commerce Law.
