The court said that the court was filed against an irrelevant party in the case of the second defendant. The court dismissed the case against the first defendant due to the statute of limitations.

The claimants appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court dismissed the appealed ruling regarding the second defendant and upheld it regarding the first defendant.
