The documents of the case revealed that the convicted person had committed an indecent assault on a victim.

The court said that the the defence of the convicted person denied the incident and this was irrelevant. The court said that the court had established its ruling on the grounds of solid evidence including the testimonies of the witnesses and the police officers. The court said that the person should be penalized according to Article 192(1) of Kuwait 16/1960. The court however decided not to announce the punishment due to the age of the convicted person and his personal circumstances in accordance with Article 81 of Kuwait 16/1960.
