The court ruled the company should pay the employee 9757 Dinars. The court ruled that the insurance company should pay the company the amount.

The company failed to pay the fees of the case and therefore the employee requested the court to order it to pay the fees. The court issued a payment order in this regard.

The company made a plea against the order. The court upheld the appealed order.

The company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court dismissed the payment order.
