This case involved the division of inherited property by some heirs. If the heirs disagreed one of them had the right to ask the court for a ruling on the division of the property.
Background
A claimant filed a case against the defendants before the court. He requested the court appoint an expert in order divide the disputed property on the heirs of a deceased man. He said that the heirs under his guardianship owned the mentioned property and that they disputedthe division of the property.
The court said that the property should be divided between the first and second defendant as recommended by the expert.
The first defendant appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court dismissed the appealed ruling and dismissed the case.
