Background

An employee made a complaint to the department of labour against a company. He claimed that he stopped working for the company because he did not receive late wages and  severance pay. He requested the company pay his entitlements. The department referred the case to the court.

The court ruled that the company should pay the employee 127.13480 Dinars.

The company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
