He said that the two parties agreed that the defendant would issue a power of attorney to him but she failed to do so.

The court ruled that the contract should be dismissed and that the defendant should pay the claimant the amount.

The defendant appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court requested the claimant to add two defendants to the case. The court requested the claimant to take the oath and he took it. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
