Before the cassation court the employee argued that the ruling had contradicted material documentary evidence as the court had rejected his request for compensation for the unjustified dismissal of the working contract based on the contract having an indefinite period, but the bank had failed to provide the contract to prove its claims.

The court stated that this argument was invalid as the case documents revealed that the contract had an indefinite period.

The court therefore dismissed the appeal.
