KCC 222/2000
Background
A claimant filed a case against defendants and requested the court to validate an authorization that issued by the defendants' father.
The defendants filed a case against the claimant and requested the court to suspend the two authorizations No. 35 and No. 837 until a final ruling was issued in the case.
The court rejected the case made by the defendants and validated the authorization issued by the defendants' father.
The defendants appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
Decision
The defendants appealed the ruling before the court of cassation and stated in their grounds of appeal that the ruling had erred in the application of law and had insufficient evidence of causation. It was stated the disputed authorization was a general authorization.
