This case involved money owed by some companies to another company for marketing services. It was argued that commercial law should have applied as the contract had been terminated. The court stated this was incorrect as the court said the expert had proved the marketing services had not been properly provided.
Background
A company filed a case against companies and requested the court to appoint an expert in order to determine the amount of money the companies owed and to order them to pay this amount.
The court ruled the first and second companies should pay the company 4611 Dinars and 7% annual interest.
The company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
