Appeal – Previous Ruling – Litigation Procedure – Company – Legal Representative – Employee’s Rights – Salary
This case involved a claim taken first by an employee against a company's legal representative for unpaid salary. A new case was then filed by the employee against the company itself. The employee had been wrong to file his current appeal against the previous ruling.
Background
A previous ruling was issued against a company and its legal representative was ordered to pay the salary of an employee. The court of appeal then abandoned the ruling because the employee had filed his case against the legal representative of the company. The employee filed a new case against the company and requested the court to order the company to pay his salary.
The court ruled that the company should pay the employee his salary.
The company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court abandoned the appealed ruling and rejected the case.
