The documents of the case revealed that the court had ruled that the company (appellant) should pay 362106103 Dinars to a company.

The court said that the court established its ruling on the grounds of the report of expert which concluded that the company still owed the mentioned amount as a result of a contracting contract signed between the two parties. The court said that the documents of the case revealed that the company had requested the court suspend the consideration of the case until another case was settled but it failed to indicate the details of the other case and it the extent to which it was connected with the current case. The court said that the court established its ruling on the grounds of solid evidence. The court said that the court was not obliged to return the case to the expert again if the evidence was enough to establish the ruling.

The court dismissed the appeal.
