KAT 281/2014
This case involved whether there was sufficient evidence the litigant had seized the company's assets.
Background
The court of cassation said that the documents of the case revealed that the court had upheld the elementary ruling which dismissed the case made by the appellant. The court said that the court established its ruling on the grounds that the appellant had failed to prove that the litigant had seized the assets of the disputed company. The court said that the documents of the case also revealed that the litigant was acquitted from seizing the money of the company's clients in a previous criminal case filed by the appellant. The court said that the court therefore established its ruling on the grounds of valid base.
Decision
The court dismissed the appeal.
