Background
A company filed a case against a company before the court. The company requested the court to order the company pay $46076 and delay interest of 7%. The company said that the company owed the mentioned amount as a result of three commercial papers.
The court ruled that the company should pay $46076.
The two companies appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court dismissed the appealed ruling.
The first company appealed the ruling before the court of cassation. The company said in its grounds of appeal that the appealed ruling had erred in the application of law and had insufficient evidence of causation. The company said that the court established its ruling on the grounds that the second company was not informed with the case document. The company said that the company was informed with the case at its address through the legal proceedings.
