Background

An employee filed a case against a company before the court. He requested the court to order the company to pay him compensation for disability which had resulted from injury while he had been protecting hise homeland.

The company requested the addition of an insurance company to the case and requested the court to order the insurance company to pay the value of compensation.

The court dismissed the case and the request made by the company altogether.

The employee appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court dismissed the appeal and upheld the appealed ruling.

The employee appealed the ruling before the court of cassation. He said in his grounds of appeal that the ruling had violated the law because the court dismissed his request to order the company to pay the remaining value of the compensation.
