Background
A seller filed a case against two purchasers and requested the court to dismiss a contract dated 23/08/1983. The seller stated they had sold property to the byer and they had paid 5000 Egyptian Pounds of its value and agreed to pay the remaining value when they got the ownership documents. The seller stated the buyers had failed to commit to their obligations.
The court rejected the case.
The seller appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
