A request was made for a legal guardian who was managing land to provide accounting records and for a new guardian to be appointed and the previous guardian be force to pay amounts he had not paid into the court treasury. The court had been wrong to assess the amount the guardian should pay without evidence of payments which had come to him.

Background

Some land owners filed a case before the Court of First Instance against a legal guardian requesting him to present a detailed accounting report with supportive documents for his management period of a piece of land and they requested the appointment of another guardian because he had not deposited any sums in the court's fund.Therefore,the court ruled the defendant was required to pay the plaintiffs 92319.68 Egyptian Pounds.
