This case involved a former judicial consultant who had requested allowances from a health and social fund. As the consultant had resigned from his job during the investigations the case was terminated.
Background
A former judicial consultant filed a request against the Minister of Justice and the Chairman of Board of Director of Health and Social Fund and requested the court validate his right to receive an additional monthly amount and a medicine allowance from 19/02/1989.
The court stated the case documents revealed the consultant had been referred to the validity council and during the consideration of his case he had resigned from his job and so the case was terminated according to Articles 104 and 111 of Egypt Law No. 46/1972.
Decision
The court stated for these reasons the consultant was not eligible to receive the additional monthly amount and the medicine allowance.
The court dismissed the request.
