This case involved a request by a deputy prosecutor that a warning against him for absence be dismissed. The warning had been incorrect as the public prosecutor had approved the absence.

Background

A deputy prosecutor requested the court to dismiss a warning No. 3/1998 issued by the public prosecutor. The prosecutor stated the warning was issued against him because of his absence at a training course although his absence had been due to good reasons.

Decision

The court stated the case documents revealed that the public prosecutor had agreed to add the absence period and had accepted the justification for the absence.

The court dismissed the warning.
