Background
A wife filed a case against her husband before the plenary court requesting the dismissal of an obedience warning issued by her husband and a divorce.
The court dismissed the case.
The wife filed another case before the court requesting the husband to divorce her.
The court ruled that the wife should be divorced from her husband.
The wife and the husband appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court dismissed the appeal made by the husband and upheld the appealed ruling. The court ruled the obedience warning issued by the husband should be dismissed.
Decision
The husband appealed the ruling before the court of cassation and said in his grounds of appeal that the ruling had insufficient evidence of causation and said that he had maintained before the court that he had a dispute with his wife's witness and that the witness insulted him.
