Landlord – Tenant – Eviction – Tenancy Agreement – Sub-let
This case involved a tenant who had leased a property as a lawyer's office, then sublet it to both tenants who were lawyers and doctors without the owner's permission. The court initially ruled the doctors but not the lawyers should be evicted. A tenancy agreement could not be partially invalidated - it should have been invalidated for all the sub-tenants regardless of their professions and property use.
